Really clean and well presented. Excellent service, very friendly staff. We didn’t eat... just hot drinks which were very good value and quality.

Food is always good and fresh at great prices
Ordered on Uber eats tuna and cheese Panini with the customer note that I didn’t want the Panini and if I could have tuna and cheese Baguette (they don’t have tuna cheese baguette on menu) and it came and one of the best baguettes I’ve ever had the tuna isn’t soaked in sauce, nice even amount of cheese and the baguette was soft and overall the best baguette that Ive order and from now will only be going here :). I like the prices aswell defo get your moneys worth.
I really love tucked away foodie gems and The Grove Cafe in Reading is one of them!! The area looks “dodgy” but don’t let that put you off. The best sign for a “good food joint” it’s a consistent foot fall.... This little place has it in buckets. We ordered breakfast and two large Cappuccino’s. The coffee is great and doesn’t need sugar! The food was served speedily, HOT and fresh. Everything tasted amazing and there was no old oil taste. The guy behind the counter was friendly and helpful. The cherry on the cake was the cost 19:95 for 2 number 29 breakfasts and 2 large Cappuccino’s... BARGAIN!!! My only criticism would be the shop is super quiet. It needs a little music/radio just to cut through the deafening silence.
My son took me for breakfast here last Sunday an we were both pleased with how nice the breakfast was all cooked just right nothing under or over cooked and it was very clean and very well presented.Willl definitely be going back and will be trying something off of their menu for lunch.
